Last night we went grocery shopping and I picked up these thick cut pork Ribeyes. During Mardi Gras in New Orleans, I enjoyed one at Ember’s Steakhouse on Bourbon St! It was soOo delish, so I could not wait to cook them myself.

…and added a tbsp of Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce!
Served with homemade mashed potatoes (I left some of the skin on), broccoli & cheese and dinner yeast rolls! Yummmmy ☺
