Tonight I cooked chili in my crockpot…I put in on around 6 o’clock and it simmered on low until about 8:45, just in time for the UNC vs. Virginia Tech tipoff!

Started off the new year right with black eyed peas and collars greens! Hopefully some moola will come my way… :)

Branson’s mom cooked a wonderful meal for us on our way to the UNC vs. Monmouth game…Black eyed peas, rice, Boston butt, and a collard green sandwich!! Yummy!
