• Creole-seasoned tilapia with sautéed shrimp and Parmesan cream. This is my favorite dish actually. So NOLA!!
• A tender filet of tilapia with Creole seasonings. Topped with handmade mango salsa with green peppers, onions, cilantro, tomatoes, and ripe mango.
Tonight’s dinner was amazing, especially the shrimp fondue ->
