Fried Shrimp plate from Village Inn Seafood in Lumberton, NC! Out of nowhere I craved stuffed crab, which I haven’t had in years…really since our traditional Thursday night fish fry at my grandparents house! Those were the days….
*Fried shrimp, French fries,   Hush puppies, cole slaw and a stuffed crab! Delicious! 

I boiled the butter potatoes to avoid unnecessary oven heat, chicken & pork chops straight off the grill, baked beans, shrimp skewers and loaded skin on taders!

Grilled out for my brother Ken, you know the whole back-to-school hoopla where everyone feels like Summer is over. He wanted kabobs, wish granted!

•Bacon wrapped chicken, ribeye steak, portobello mushrooms, pearl onions and mixed pepper kabobs
•Shrimp with extra hot cocktail sauce 
•Bacon Ranch pasta salad 🍴

When rain ruins your summer cookout, have no fear! Crank that oven up and move the party inside…that’s what I did anyways!
   Baked Kabobs {chicken, shrimp, pineapples, bacon wrapped shrimp & tomatoes}, chicken breast with Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce and Bacon Cheeseburgers with Carolina grilled onions! Nom nom nom 🎉🍔🍢

For the Grilled Cast Iron Shrimp I used onions, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and seasonings! Served with NY Strip steaks, hotdogs, hamburgers and baked beans…soOo delicious!

Look at that tower of fried goodness…their shrimp is soOo good and don’t get me started on their hush puppies with honey butter, they’re so good you’ll want to slap yo’ mama! Oh yeah, and their house ranch dressing, amaze!

Cajun Shrimp & Cheese Grits with bacon and scrambled eggs! So New Orleans 💋

I was highly impressed by their fluffiness, and the lack of mess I assumed the waffle maker would consume! Needless to say I will be making waffles all the time! 🍴
