I boiled the butter potatoes to avoid unnecessary oven heat, chicken & pork chops straight off the grill, baked beans, shrimp skewers and loaded skin on taders!

For Father’s Day we grilled out at my home. Nothing beats throwing some steaks on the grill and socializing with your family! Daddy had it easy, we did all the work ;)

Mega juicy steaks with baked potatoes, garden salads with Olive Garden dressing (which reminds me to make a mental grocery note) and garlic Texas toast! Delish! Love you daddy 💟

Seconds because I wanted that juicy 1/2 pound Pub Style cheeseburger but didn’t have room it! Delish! 

Pre-Mother’s Day dinner at Outback Steakhouse in Lumberton, NC! Our meal was beyond scrumptious!

•Garden side salad with ranch dressing 
•Loaded baked potato soup which was BANGIN’!
•Blooming Onion with horseradish sauce
•22 oz. Blue Moon with pumpernickel bread and butter
•Wallaby Darned cocktail
•Outback Victoria Filet with Crabcakes and baked potato
•Well done sirloin and sweet potato with cinnamon, sugar and butter
•Fried apple beignets with vanilla icecream for dessert! 🍴💋

Shelly applying her secret Jack Daniel’s sauce to the Ribeyes! Oh man…they were soOo tender and juicy, and the sauce was pure fingerpickin’ good!

Served with loaded baked potatoes, dinner yeast rolls, sautéed onions and salads! Another perfectly planned grill moment 😉🍴

Marinated Ribeye Steak Kabobs donned with shrimp, onions, tomato, mushroom and bacon wrapped pineapples! Served with loaded baked potato and country style baked beans! 

We went all out for our NFL Draft Party! 🏈

Sandwiches with fresh deli sliced ham & turkey with mustard, cheese, light mayonnaise and lettuce! Served with Lays Barbecue chips and Doritos….yummmmy!!

Tonight I cooked Yankee Pot Roast with vegetables and beef gravy with buttered corn-on-the-cob and Peach Pie! Nom nom nom 

Meatloaf with homemade mashed potatoes and Blueberry Cheesecake muffins with warm blueberry syrup! Yummy!
