I had so much fun cooking our MNF dinner. We hosted my sister Lindsay and her boyfriend Steven over for a wonderful homemade Lasagna dish!

The Lasagna was beyond delicious! It had fresh basil and parsley from my indoor garden, and I used local homemade blueberry wine as the red wine reduction! Served with bacon, ham & turkey salad. Amazeballs!🍴👍🍅

I used to call this the 15-501 special…I would drive all the way to Durham and grab a kids meal from Chickfila…waffle fries, 6-piece chicken tenders with polynesian sauce and icecream instead of the toy! CLASSIC! I’m pretty sure I will order this everytime at the new Lumberton, NC location 👍🍟🍦

Beef-tips well done, sweet potato with cinnamon sugar and butter, Texas toast and their infamous salad bar with house ranch dressing! Delish 👍

Tonight I broke in my new waffle maker and cooked breakfast for dinner! 

Cajun Shrimp & Cheese Grits with bacon and scrambled eggs! So New Orleans 💋

I was highly impressed by their fluffiness, and the lack of mess I assumed the waffle maker would consume! Needless to say I will be making waffles all the time! 🍴

I called this my ‘Birthday Salad’ because man it was bangin’…my sister’s Greek Salad with spinach, mushrooms, strawberries and pineapples! The combo of flavors was amazing, so fresh and delicious! 

Tonight I cooked breakfast for dinner! Who doesn’t love a good bacon feast?!

Thick sliced bacon, scrambled eggs, herbed potatoes, cheese grits and buttermilk pancakes with syrup! Nom nom nom
