Pretty much tried everything at my Graham Family reunion! 

Late night Cookout run at our ‘secret’ spot ;)

Watched all the traffic driving home on I-95 hint hint lol Barbecue Cookout trays with hush puppies, Cajun fries, onion rings, huge sweet tea and an Egg Nog milkshake!!! Nom nom nom

Tonight I cooked baked chicken and an amazingly simple potato dish by the lovely food Queen Martha Stewart!

For the baked chicken I cut the breast lengthwise and coated with salt, pepper, garlic powder and barbecue chicken rub seasonings! Place chicken in foiled dish. Add 1/2 cup of orange juice (I used pineapple-orange juice) and just enough chicken broth (or water) to barely top the chicken breast. Top with diced onions and barbecue sauce (I used sweet Baby Ray’s) and cover with foil. Bake at 400* for 45 minutes or until  chicken is no longer pink in the center. Serve with potatoes…Bon appétit :)
