I drank this in New Orleans during Mardi Gras and insisted that I have it for my Birthday! It’s so delicious, tasting exactly like whipped cream and roasted marshmallows. You can safely drink it chilled, straight shots. No lie. Sarina told you so! xo

These Rum & Pineapple cocktails were probably one of the strongest drinks we consumed during our trip! After a night out on the town, we decided to get one more drink in the lobby of the Sheraton New Orleans and couldn’t even finish them! We normally drink 3-4-1’s in 32oz cups but the bartender decided three shots of rum wouldn’t hurt us. When I woke up the next morning, both cocktails were still sitting on the counter. I guess we had enough alcohol for one day!

Had so much fun sipping Hand Grenades on the balcony of Tropical Isle on Bourbon St! Everyone says its the strongest and best drink in New Orleans and I have to agree…it’s sweet, sour, and strong at the same time and very easy to drink! Love them ๐

Happy New Year everybody!!
I know it’s late but you know how the holidays are…busy.busy.busy!!
This New Year’s we enjoyed Cafรฉ du Monde coffee with Bailey’s Irish Cream and Kahlua, mini sausages, bacon-wrapped pineapples, meatballs, Mudslide shots and a shot I concocted called the ‘Dimetapp’ shot: equal parts cranberry juice, grape juice and Malibu pineapple rum! Delish! Tasted just like cough medicine when we were kids…
