These little guys are my favorite summer snack ever!! Mini pineapple sandwiches bring back the fondest memories of my great grandfather Benford and running around on 4th of July with curly pigtails swaying in the wind…I could go on and on! My great aunt finally shared her recipe with me so I whipped up a batch!
They’re so simple and delicious! Just mix DRAINED (and I do mean completely drained) crushed pineapple, cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip! Slice bread into quads and spread mixture evenly! You can eat them right away like I did, or chill them in the refrigerator. Make them soon for yourself or guests, they’re perfect for cooling down in the afternoons with a glass of homemade lemonade or just as a light snack or appetizer!

Tonight I broke in my new waffle maker and cooked breakfast for dinner!
Cajun Shrimp & Cheese Grits with bacon and scrambled eggs! So New Orleans 💋

I was highly impressed by their fluffiness, and the lack of mess I assumed the waffle maker would consume! Needless to say I will be making waffles all the time! 🍴

Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Covered Strawberries…definitely worth the long name and the time I went without ever enjoying them! These are simple a slice of heaven 👼🍓
Filling: Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar & Vanilla flavoring
Top with crushed graham crackers
Coat strawberries with bakers chocolate and enjoy!
HANDS DOWN the only vodka I can or will drink: Smirnoff Marsh Mallow and Whipped Cream Vodka!
I drank this in New Orleans during Mardi Gras and insisted that I have it for my Birthday! It’s so delicious, tasting exactly like whipped cream and roasted marshmallows. You can safely drink it chilled, straight shots. No lie. Sarina told you so! xo
