Hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day! I am so blessed to have the greatest mom ev, she taught me well…especially when it comes to cooking!

Our Sunday dinner was fabulous! My sister baked a Bacon-Wrapped Garlic & Herb Pork Tenderloin, fried chicken, fresh collards, sweet corn, potato salad, field peas, and I brought over a Dutch Apple Crisp Pie that was sweeter than sugar itself! Omg, amazing!

•Flat Iron steaks with Montreal seasoning
•Cocktail shrimp skewers
•Honey Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin
•BBQ chicken breast with Sweet Baby Ray’s
•Macaroni shells with Italian bread crumbs and blended cheeses
•Fresh salads
•Caravelle apples drizzled with honey and cinnamon

Tonight’s dinner was fabulous! I cooked baked chicken breasts with mushroom soup, stuffing soufflé, corn on the cob and angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream for dessert! Paired with Cypress Bend Vineyard wine 🍸🍴

Tonight I baked boneless chicken breasts with cream of mushroom soup! Seasoned with butter of coarse, salt, pepper, Lawry’s seasoning and basil! 

Pan fried Pork Chops topped with parsley and Parmesan cheese, Velveeta shells and cheese and yeast rolls with honey butter! SoOo delicious 🍴
