Tonight I broke in my new waffle maker and cooked breakfast for dinner!
Cajun Shrimp & Cheese Grits with bacon and scrambled eggs! So New Orleans 💋

I was highly impressed by their fluffiness, and the lack of mess I assumed the waffle maker would consume! Needless to say I will be making waffles all the time! 🍴
Small steak hoagie plate all the way with extra Greek sauce and a footlong hotdog plate with chili, mustard and fries from Michael’s! Yummmmmy!
This Spring weather is perfect for grilling out! It’s so easy to just throw some food on the grill; sure does beat cooking indoors over a hot oven! We’ve pulled out the grill several times in the past week and invited company over…nothing special, just enjoying these Cool Carolina nights 🍴😜

I called this my ‘Birthday Salad’ because man it was bangin’…my sister’s Greek Salad with spinach, mushrooms, strawberries and pineapples! The combo of flavors was amazing, so fresh and delicious!
Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese…yummy!!
Tonight I cooked Yankee Pot Roast with vegetables and beef gravy with buttered corn-on-the-cob and Peach Pie! Nom nom nom
Tonight I cooked Cheesy Meatball Rigatoni with garden salads and fresh baked French bread with herb-oil dip!
(If you’ve ever been to Carrabba’s Italian Restaurant and loved their bread, herbs & olive oil you will love this recipe! I can not tell you how good it was, and simple!!
