It’s never too late for WAFFLES! Homemade Belgian waffle with strawberries and whipped cream, bacon, scrambled eggs and fresh apples with extra chunky peanut butter! Brought ihop to the house 🍓😋🍎

We munched on Loaded Sweet Potato Skins, meatballs, fried & baked chicken wings, and loaded baked potatoe skins during Super Bowl halftime…deliciousssss!!

Fried chicken…and YES that is a heart. I’m good like that.

Tonight I cooked pan-seared Ribeyes with Jack Daniel’s marinade, homemade mashed potatoes with gravy and fresh cream biscuits with molasses and butter! Omg meat, potato & bread heaven!!! DELISH!!

Since my weekend was so hectic and filled with food-on-the-go, I decided to cook a hearty meal that would definitely fill me up! Tonight I cooked Jack Daniel’s pork chops, candied yams and steamed broccoli with mozzarella & American cheeses! I’m still laying around feeling lethargic…but it was soOo worth it. Now I can take my multi-vitamin, maybe eat a small bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch before calling it a night! Hope your Tuesday was as blessed as mine!
