**Pinterest inspired Pepperoni roll. She said it was super delicious! Quick easy cheap and super filling!** Made with pizza dough and served with marinara sauce! I’ll be trying this soon as well 😋

Hot chili beans with homemade crispy saltine crackers, topped with a dollop of sour cream and mozzarella cheese…served with grilled cheese sandwiches! #Dinnerfortwo #NoM 🍲😋

Crockpot Roast beef filets with potatoes, onions and Italian cut green beans with butter biscuits and cinnaballs! Southern comfort food!

Baked Lasagna topped with provolone cheese, fresh strawberry salad and homemade spiced pumpkin pie with maple-caramel sauce! Exquisite dinner if I say so myself 😋🍴💋

Fried chicken…and YES that is a heart. I’m good like that.

Since my weekend was so hectic and filled with food-on-the-go, I decided to cook a hearty meal that would definitely fill me up! Tonight I cooked Jack Daniel’s pork chops, candied yams and steamed broccoli with mozzarella & American cheeses! I’m still laying around feeling lethargic…but it was soOo worth it. Now I can take my multi-vitamin, maybe eat a small bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch before calling it a night! Hope your Tuesday was as blessed as mine!
