Tonight I cooked pork chops, with Rice-a-roni, sweet corn on the cob and blueberry muffins :)

The pork-chops were thin boneless and skinless. I seasoned them with salt, pepper, lemon zesty pork seasoning, sage and garlic powder. I coated them in flour and pan fried them in lightly drizzled olive oil. Bon appétit :)
